I am the Director of the Capability Delivery Directorate at the Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC), U.S. Department of Defense.

I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science from Harvard University, and was a Non-Resident Fellow at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs.

My technical research focused on artificial intelligence, machine learning, cybersecurity, wireless networking (including 5G wireless networks), and technology public policy.
